Privacy Policy

This policy explains what good-sport ("the Service", "we", "us"), operated as the good-sport sole proprietorship, collects and how we use it. Contact: support@good-sport.ai.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Account & access data — your per-user access code and account status.
• Usage / metering data — which tools you call and how often, for billing, rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and product improvement (collected via Cloudflare Analytics Engine).
• Server logs — standard technical data such as IP address, user-agent, and approximate country, handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
• Payment data — when paid plans are introduced, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.

What we do NOT collect

We do not ingest your bets, betting accounts, sportsbook credentials, or personal financial records. The Service analyzes our own sports data and models; it does not require you to upload your wagering data to function.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service; to authenticate and provision access; to bill and manage subscriptions; to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse; to understand and improve the product; and to communicate with you about the Service.

How we share it

We share data only with the service providers that run the Service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing (when paid plans launch).
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage (KV / D1), usage analytics, and security.
• Resend — to send account and access emails (e.g. your access code).
• Cloudflare Email Routing — to receive email you send to our contact addresses.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

The good-sport.ai site uses minimal cookies/local storage needed to operate the site and (if added) basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Usage/metering data is retained for a limited period for the purposes above.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@good-sport.ai. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK), you may have additional rights — we will honor applicable requests.

Age

The Service is intended only for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
