good-sport ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated as an individual sole proprietorship under the name good-sport ("the Provider"). Contact: support@good-sport.ai.
good-sport is subscription analytics software. It provides sports statistics, model-based probability estimates, and sports-market (odds) data analysis, delivered via an API / Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that you connect to your own AI client (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok).
The Service is a research and decision-support tool for informational purposes only. It is not a betting or gambling service. We do not accept, hold, place, or settle wagers; we do not offer any monetary or material prize; and we do not hold customer funds. See our Disclaimer.
You must be at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and use the Service only where it is lawful to do so. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you, including gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
Access is granted via a per-user access code tied to your account. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access.
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's data, outputs, or models; (b) scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically harvest the Service beyond normal use; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the underlying models; (d) exceed applicable rate limits or circumvent access controls; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that outputs will be error-free or profitable. The Service does not provide betting, gambling, investment, financial, or legal advice. Sports outcomes are uncertain; modeled or past performance does not predict future results. Any decision you make using the Service is your own and at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any gambling, trading, or other losses arising from your use of the Service. The Provider's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
All data, models, software, and outputs provided by the Service are owned by the Provider or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, prospective notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for the conduct in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
